      Awesome Place to learn the technology. Good work environment.

      Less Pay but its not a big disadvantage.

      Pros

      Decent pay, close to home.

      Cons

      I have been employed there for over 6 years. Management says they care but they don’t. High turnover, not enough people to run a line. Hence, loads of mandatory overtime, all the time. Benefits have been cut to hourly employees, I can see more cuts coming.

      Wealth of knowledge among colleagues. Employees are treated very well and with respect.

      Cons

      Always treated as secondary to Germany, especially in development.
