Work hard play hard mentality, great benefits – 401k, large stipends for pursuing higher education, variety of backgrounds and cultures, flexibility to work from home or off site, management actively tries to improve, several opportunities to work abroad or move positions within the organization

Cons

Sometimes there is red tape because of the size of the company, German laws

Pros

They really want their Interns to stick around for full-time roles. The recruiters are very helpful to help find a full-time opportunity. A relaxed working environment with very good mid-level managers.

Cons

Very slow to do any process (Approvals, Hiring, etc).
