No extreme pressure No micro management (at least in my department) Lot of options to learn through many learning programs Company cares for employees Employee friendly

Cons

Salary Once you reach a senior level, growth in your professional ladder slows If you find an unproductive team member, you can't easily get rid of him/her even if your management is aware
