Great training and company growth.

Cons

Work employees too much. More concerned about selling than their employees. Can't advance through experience always expect more schooling. Will hire a student who just graduated over someone who has experience and knows the lines.

Cons

Very little growth opportunities within the US. Group consensus is required for most day to day decisions. Leadership is very difficult to display in this type of an environment.
