      Pros

      Big Network - if you like networking here is a big playground for you. Professional - they cover a lot of topics already with their corporate approach. Many departments within Bosch - many options for career development if one doesn't want to change company.

      Cons

      Toolwise often all over the place. Tools are not unified and different departments can use various tools so crossing bridges can be tough at times. No significant jump in salary if one switches job within the company.

      Quite good and fit for every experience to try at any role

      Pros

      Working at a large company gives you many professional opportunities. For starters, you will have access to a larger network, which can pay dividends down the line.

      Cons

      While one of the pros of working for a large company is the opportunity for advancement, that doesn’t mean it will come easily.

      Organization is Run by "Corporate Antibodies"

      Permeated with "Innovation Theatre", but there is very little innovation going on.
