Robert Bosch is a very stable company. There are opportunities to advance your career both in the US and Internationally.

Cons

Communications between divisions could be better. It's a huge company.

Pros

Individual divisions have great autonomy of operation management, allowing for a medium to large company feel within the deep global support of a huge company. Clearly profound moral foundation, and the expectation that employees do their role in supporting those values. Great training opportunities. Opportunity for career development on an international field.

Cons

Global business can mean off-hour work. Pay is a tad below area norm.
