Pros

Relaxed atmosphere. Employees and mentors were friendly to work with. They work on real technologies. Anything from wireless to multimedia to engine mechanics is done here. Found several bright and interesting people here.

Cons

A bit too formal a place to work. The dress code is formals on most weekdays! No cafe nearby, have to walk a bit to get to food during lunch (not too far though).

Pros

Excellent teamwork amongst the worker bees. Highly educated and competent engineers and sales staff. Pleasant working atmosphere (big roomy building with nice fitness center and cafeteria).

Cons

Extremely disappointed in the management at Bosch. People are promoted based on seniority rather than competence. Managers have a sense of entitlement and worry more about the career ladder than the tasks at hand.

Seems like mostly Germans make it to upper management Work can become extremely monotonous
