Pros

Good pay for interns. Pay is based off of class standing and what area (engineering, business etc.) you are working in. Flexible hours, excellent management/training, great learning/growth opportunities.

Cons

Office is so big that it is impossible to know everybody, even in your division. You will get to know the people you work with on a regular basis quite well though.

Stable employment Good work life balance Bosch upgrading facility

Cons

Lots of politics If your good at a job you can get stuck with no new opportunities or challenges Management doesn't ask for or listen to input from workers, very much run as a traditional hierarchical business despite claims otherwise.

Some very intelligent people to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is a mess, corporate culture is challenging due to disparate systems and willingness to invoke change. Manager was difficult, unprofessional and a micromanager. Culture said is not what is practiced.
