Culture, People, team. Everyone in the team was passionate to succeed and bring Health Hero to a new top level.

Cons

Takeover by Bosch killed the passion of a team with the start up culture. Need to understand the difference between the german culture and US silicon valley culture.

disastrous management managers asks employee to follow Bosch rules but they themselves don't follow disrespect and not fair to people waste of resource some manager are improper doing management
