Decent company but management needs work

Pros

Work life balance is fantastic. Benefits are solid. The company is huge so it's not going anywhere, and there are opportunities for advancement if you know the right people/are one of the favorites.

Cons

Management is a trainwreck. If you are not a favorite you do not advance. Company organization is not uniform so different departments are frequently working on opposing goals, which makes doing your job difficult. The company is very set in their ways and does things simply because they have always been done that way.
