      Friendly environment, strong benefits, good work/life balance, strong culture, diversity and inclusion. They'll also provide trainings and good opportunities to show initiative and learn.

      Cons

      Hard to move up. Bosch is the type of company where you need to do the future job for several years before they recognize it and promote you.
