      Good company, but inflexible

      Pros

      They take care of employees well with pay and benefits, high quality products manufactured, lots of investments continuously.

      Cons

      Not modern enough for younger employees and inflexible management. Projects are executed with a lot of waste.

      Pros

      Maintains focus on making a quality product while focusing on safety and people. Benefits seems generous. I feel well respected and am allowed considerable freedom to make decisions. They invest heavily in personnel development.

      Cons

      I haven't gotten used to the budgeting process yet. The fiscal year starts off with strict controls on spending and then towards the end of the year my department is asked to execute many projects in a short time period.
