      Great resources, rigid processes, broad market and brand name recognition

      Cons

      Rigid processes, significant organizational changes, self created roadblocks impede progress. Customer complaints at Bosch being slow to respond. Deliberately under resourced.

      Stable employment, great health coverage and 6.75% 401K match.

      Cons

      Very little growth opportunities within the US. Group consensus is required for most day to day decisions. Leadership is very difficult to display in this type of an environment.
