      Pros

      It's a big company with lots of lateral opportunity. It is international and very diverse. There is opportunity to move internationally.

      Cons

      It's really big and easy to get lost. It is very hard to get into any management role. Promotions take time but can be worth it if you can wait for it.

      Pros

      Privately held company. Offers great development opportunities such as: career advancement, mentoring, international assignments, training, etc. Good benefits and competitive pay.

      Cons

      Sometimes things don't move as fast due to size and people involved.

      Overall great experience. Associates are awesome. Great benefits.

      Pros

      Production opportunities. Need to go through MAU.

      Cons

      Overtime, leadership does not use resources available to show that they value their assoc's. No recognition for going above expectations. Not the same company that it was 20 yrs ago.
