      Robert Bosch is a frustrating company, where creativity is not encouraged

      Pros

      Bosch makes world-class products, in a variety of industries. As a global company, they play in many markets across the globe.

      Cons

      Bosch is its own worst enemy. They have great products, but they don't know how to join their power to their advantage. The company does not appreciate creativity, and only looks for "how Europe does things".

      Upper Management has little idea of how the lower level employees struggle with policies

      Learned a lot of new programs with this Company that were helpful for future employement.

      Cons

      Too much pressure on employees from Upper management, and no cross training.
