      very active in training and safety. a very clean place to work with tech support on problems with quality and manufacturing.

      Cons

      production schedules require a lot of overtime

      Good company, offers a lot of options and flexiblity

      Cons

      Can be narrowminded, as a culture. To climb the corporate ladder, requires cross functional and cross industry posts. This is a negative because sometimes may not have the most qualified, appropriate or knowledgeable manager in the right position.
