Pros

Great peers and teams. There was an exciting, innovative culture at one time. Good benefits, the 401k company contributions are top notch.

Cons

Market and leadership change has crushed the culture, all decisions are financial now. Culture that rewards mediocrity, core business, and office politicians now. The US CEO rating on here needs a reset, it’s likely carryover from the old CEO, the new one is much less inspirational.
