People is nice and it’s a very chilled place to work. Pretty much no pressure and you can experiment different tech as solutions to solve the problems. Company name still has impact on people hiring which makes it a good place to start your career.

Cons

Salaries are very low compared to same roles in the market. There’s no space to grow your career even when everyone recognises your skills and value - management will only consider your age plus years working. Teams technical knowledge is very low as they only hire juniors that just finished uni. Tech stack and infra is completely outdated.
