      Pros

      Bosch is an excellent place to work, with competitive benefits. There is passion for engineering, a diverse global team, and continually evolving products to stay competitive in the ever-changing auto industry. Bosch has offered quite a great deal of stability of employment in an industry where layoffs of OEMs are frequent.

      Cons

      Bosch base pay does not compete with OEM pay.
