A real team environment. with professionals focused on doing our job and keeping the company's reputation excellent and our bottom line profitable. Toxic people rarely make it through the interview process, and the few that do don't make it past 90 days.

Cons

It used to be hard to change our tools and way we work to be more efficient and collaborative, however as we get newer blood in that is changing.
