Good on work-life balance A lot of really smart people Renovated design of the building Discounts on BOSE products (if you are into them)

Cons

No food or coffee at your desk alowed Health insurance had increased in cost and went down in quality at the same time

interesting work: employees are encouraged to learn new knowledge. good job security: management cares about jobs of employees. nice work life balance: working overtime is not often.

Cons

limited growth opportunity: consumer electronics industry is quite mature, and the company grows slowly with little opportunity for employees to grow.

Good environment with lots of technology and exposure to state of the art products with an opportunity to purchase at a discounted rate enough incentive to counter the cons

Cons

No growth potential with a limited training and professional development plan. Travel is required and that is not revealed in the offer letter so it came as a surprise
