      Great products, lots of smart people and, for many, a true drive to reach their fullest potential. Some of the products are industry leaders and everyone knows about the company you work for, generally in a very positive way.

      Cons

      Right now the company is going through significant change, but it is long overdue. The good news is that management has recognized the need for taking a different approach

      Treat you as inferior person, expected to perform without equipping employees, toxic culture with gossip in management, management emotionally unstable with explosive outbursts, online computer based training, short term result all revenue focused, take advantage of senior customers, insecure leadership, high ego, short shifts for 5 hours at 11/ hour, managers dating each other....manipulative management in reviews... high level of attrition..
