      Pros

      The core values are consistently referred to and everyone knows them. There is a lot of collaboration and team work building that is done. Online training is offered and always encouraged.

      Cons

      There is a lack of responsibility when it comes to decision making. There is little room for growth unless someone leaves the company. Change is not embraced by many employees.

      Pros

      Not much other than Bonuses if you met certain sales goals that the company dreamed up, but if you worked in a low wage area, or store with low income purchasers this is impossible to attain.

      Cons

      Management that lives a very HEALTHY lifestyle forcing the sales specialists to do all the legwork, and if you miss a week b/c of nobody coming in... then it's your job they cut.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance, decent benefits, and opportunity for personal development. You can learn a lot about lean manufacturing working for Bose. The atmosphere tends to be relaxed more often than not.

      Cons

      Very little patience for somebody green to learn the ropes. A bit of an old-school culture when it comes to speaking your mind and offering your opinions. i.e., don't do it unless you have a few years in the organization. The company is going big-time corporate. The main focus of the company is shifting away from innovation and high-quality products to increasing the bottom line by any means necessary.
