Steady work, steady paycheck. Health benefits at full time

Cons

I found the environment very stressful, as they would like their sales specialist to be like car salesman. It wasn't like that when I first joined the company. They used to be more about making sure their employees were happy. Now it's all about throwing as much product out as their engineers can muster every few months, and not understand why their sales are getting so low. I had to leave because after working there for 5 years, there was still no chance of moving up. I went into that job starting at $10 an hour, and only made it up to $10.50 by the time I left. A huge waste of my career.
