Pros

Excellent pay and benefits. Generous time off for full time employees. Work in a fun atmosphere where you hear the best sound all day. Easy job when everyone wants what you have.

Cons

Company seems to respond to market demands more so these days then when they used to be more innovative and had the market trying to keep up with them. That makes it harder to perform well when other manufacturers have multiple options that you just don't have. Sales positions were designed so that anyone can do it, but thats not a good company idea when you have to actually know more then about just what you're being told to learn online. Moving up in the company is difficult. Seems like a "good old boys or girls club" when it gets to the store manager positions, which I can verify as true because some of the store managers know absolutely nothing about audio.
