Pros

The people is by far Bose's best asset. Work/life balance is highly valued. Benefits and salaries are good, but not great.

Cons

Westboro & Stow locations aren't ideal to bring in the best talent. Hiring outside talent is often preferred over promoting internally. Company is too conservative in every way, from finances to marketing to culture.

Pros

Great products, great benefits, good people to work with, good vacation plan, family oriented for the most part

Cons

Trying to find their way since Dr. Bose is now gone. He was a great visionary and most of the great products had his influence on them. They now have become a small device selling company, such as headphones and blue tooth speakers.

A good company.

Pros

The upper management is in it for the long term and plans conservatively for the future and wants the company to stick around.

Cons

There is a lot of competition in the consumer electronics sector. There are challenges ahead as they move away from manufacturing their own product transitioning to using more CMs.
