Pros

Team is great, benefits are surprisingly excellent, the brand is legendary, opportunity to relocate, products are high quality, learn a lot from hands on management experience

Cons

Base Pay is lower than other companies, hardly promote from within, need to work weekends and holidays, a lot is expected for the pay that is given

Pros

Lots of support. Very hard to fail, even if you aren't very good at your job (that's also a con). Old school rules about the workplace are starting to loosen up.

Cons

No consideration of cost of living in salaries. Coffee was forbidden at your work space until recently and you still have to buy it. Most departments are run by "lifers" who have never seen the rest of the world, so their impression of Bose is inflated. More and more product production and development is moving offshore every year.

Pros

Pretty friendly and positive environment with great benefits and people. There are plenty of opportunities to work on various projects and groups that will have ups and downs.

Cons

There are a lot of engineers that are on the older side, so the environment for someone that's coming out of college might be a bit off-putting.
