      Pros

      Versus other retail companies, you don't have to do much of the monotonous work (like folding clothes) that many other retailers must deal with.

      Cons

      In my personal experience, we dealt with a lot of upper management change (3 managers in a year and a half). It was tough, but I don't feel like many others would have to deal with that.

      I really liked the people you work with. As long as you have the proper knowledge (which they will train you in) you will suceed

      Cons

      it's a small staff at each bose store so sometimes hours can we lower than you want. However, holiday hours are crazy!
