Pros

Absolutely none. I guess health insurance is great?

Cons

They do not care about employees at all. There are layoffs every other year. The company continues to reduce resources then shift the work to other people until they burn out and have no other choice but to quit. They completely disregard employee and customer feedback on product development thus producing products that no one asks for then act surprised when they don’t perform well. During the start of the pandemic not only did they not reimburse employees whatsoever for working from home they were allowed to take home their working equipment or expense working equipment. Other billion dollar companies have done this for their employees. In addition, no one received a bonus or raise last year due to the pandemic. There really is no incentive to work here other than the name which is slowly becoming irrelevant.
