Bose is one of the most stable employers out there, they have been in business for a long time, have a decent benefits package, and it is a good place to learn.

Cons

Workload can be very high, there may not be enough resources to get a given job done.

Pros

Amazing place to work, coworkers are like family. Everybody cares. Lots of good music and personal interactions with customers.

Cons

Recently ended upgrade programs for old/broken products. Major mistake and bleeding loyalty to customers and itself. Products going down in build quality and they may not last - and with only a 1 year standard warranty there is a consumer and corporate nightmare in the making.
