      Strategic CEO, great peers who are extremely smart and passionate.

      Cons

      Culture from leadership can feel punitive. Efforts are being made to change this, but will require more change from individual leaders to really impact culture and bring back the fun

      Pros

      Working for Bose for me was a real rebirth of my character. I had given up on managing people in previous roles and just wanted a 9 to 5 where I didn't have to keep an eye on anyone! Seeing the way that people like myself were treated by management made me want to get back into it and be a part of the ever growing culture that we have. Its a fast paced but overall collaborative environment guided by strong leadership all the way to the top, but we also have fun here!
