Pros

There is flexibility in the hours for some departments

Cons

Recent changes to the company structure has made most corporate based positions a 24/7 job. The work/life balance is way off and is causing burn out. Program deliverables and expectations are unrealistic due to the changes in company structure and the recent announcement of Bob Maresca's retirement.

Pros

Demo Product, little supervision, no one to bother you, The product is typically thought of by consumers as being a top shelf consumer electronics product.

Cons

no raises, no advancement, the company had one of its best years and they see no reason to give back anything to the people that helped make it happen. lousy benefits, you could be laid off at any time with little or no real rational reason at all. management has the worst follow through of any company I've ever worked with. They promote the youngest grape kool-aid consuming, don't care about work-life balance kids and squeeze every bit of juice from then but with nowhere to go, and most jobs going 3pl the best leave for other opportunities. Top management will lie to you and dangle carrots to keep the better folks around until they realize that there's nothing there but empty promises. Wages aren't equal and some people were hired at the same time at half or even a third of the rate of others for unknown reasons. Your pay depends on sales to a degree but they lack the ability to forecast demand or just don't have the guts to take risks and produce adequate quantities of product to meet the goals they set.

Pros

Good Pay Flexible hours Good people to work with

Cons

Poor morale Lack of open honest communication from management Lack of employee involvement - management may make a decision and then pick employees to implement it, trying to show employees support it IT One Team approach bites employees in the butt if you say something management doesn't want to hear Hold grudges rather than discuss concerns Review surprises
