Pros

- employee discount on products - Dr. Bose’s legacy and philosophy - diversification of product ecosystem

Cons

- FULL of politics, especially in the CIS and Data Science division - constant re-orgs and poor people management - lack of clear understanding and leadership on software development lifecycle - huge cycle between concept to production and lack of clarity around product ownership - always playing catch-up on UX features with competition - Engineering Research teams are very inexperienced and deliver toy concepts as candidates for production deployments

Good benefits, fair amount of flexibility in work routine. Highly visible brand name that gets you some level of recognition.

Cons

High pressure environment, sometimes at the expense of work life balance, in spite of what is advertised internally. Rigid internal policies.
