Pros
Good discounts. Good benefits. Decent vacation benefits. Not a lot of great things to say other than this.
Cons
Very clicky atmosphere, your success is only partly based on performance. The pay is quite poor. At the beginning the pay is decent, however, the lack of salary growth means you are making much less in the long-term. Upper management is not at all honest with employees and tries to maintain a cheerleader mentality no matter what. Education does not matter. Many managers had no degree and no clue; they made up for lack of knowledge by being very controlling and unethical.
