Pros

It’s refreshing to work at a company that cares about their employees. Competitive salary, benefits, bonuses, etc. Coming from a company that didn’t do a thing for their employees to Bose is night and day. New Bose Frames? Let’s give a pair to all the staff. Periodically having contests with prize incentives. Where else do you get the opportunity to win free headphones for doing your job well? Bose! Great place to work!

Cons

If there was one con and for me, it’s just one. It’s the computer systems in the retail stores. Super old systems that just slow your job down. I’m all about streamlined and simple. Bose’s systems definitely are stuck in the past. I will say that changes are being made, but it could come a little quicker.
