learning is upfront, training personally for me extended because of negligence of my manager so was of my associate, The company spends alot on training, care alot for their employees till training.

Cons

Work life balance gone for toss No weekends A few managers are good, if you are fortunate to have work with them, however they are very few. Long hours , extra pressure, extra expectation , sales attitude gets on the nerves. Salary is low as per industry standards, as low as discounted to 30% of IT industry Benchmark. Compensation is a problem. Growth is slow

Great Culture flowing from the Parent company. Well structured operations a lot to learn as an INDIVIDUAL good work life balance Excellent place for personal grooming

Cons

management is quite old so they have their favorites Transparency is promised but not practiced One would experience toil in growth all of the pros are diluting with every passing day
