      the work culture is good. the people you work with are helpful. there is a lot learning involved, both on professional as well as on personal front.

      Cons

      could have been better paymasters although nearly everyone is doing the same job on the store floor, still can find disparity from the company's side when it comes to recognizing an individual or a team's efforts
