Pros

Get to work on really cool tech and friends/family generally think I have a “cool” job.

Cons

Lots of churn at the executive level. Have seen several fired in the past few years including the CEO and EVP for more than 1 division. While I have a lot of really smart coworkers, there are also some that I think should be let go and there is a lot of hesitation from management to pursue anything against underperforming individual contributors, despite the fact that we seem to have no problem doing so with senior leadership - no bonus for anyone in 2020 - no merit increases for anyone in 2020 - lack of transparency from senior leadership

Cons

Management is horrible. Not supportive at all. Very biased to senior management.
