      Great teams, good lower level management

      Cons

      Upper level management and overall direction is sadly heading downward. Used to lead bit now leadership follows whichever way the wind blows. There is no respect for the company from the new employees. Can be seen in the shabby way people dress. Some look like they just rolled out of bed and came into work late.
