Pros

Very nice people. Employees genuinely care about customers and products. Great brand and great products!

Cons

That niceness can be somewhat false. Like any large corporation, it's got it's share of politics. Bose has its own way of doing things, and that can be somewhat cult-like. Conservative to a fault.

Pros

Employee Discount was really good. The "loaner" home theater system after 90 days. Managers only required to work 40 hours (allthough more were typically needed).

Cons

LOTS AND LOTS of defective product returns made it hard to believe in selling high priced consumer electronics. Management systems antiquated. Ultra conservative. A sense of "inbreeding" on the inside when coming from the outside. If you haven't been there 10 years, your opinion doesn't matter.
