Pros

The brand and the product are great, so you can be proud to say you work there. For an agency, the pay is quite competitive.

Cons

Conservative & boring (work & a lot of the people too, but hard to say, as there is no time to find out). The long ingrained corporate mind set combined with the new "agency" approach/ processes combines all the bad aspects of working for a big corporation with all of the bad aspects at an ad agency (the hours, expectations, deadlines).

Pros

Employees get a free lifestyle system while you work there, to get accustomed to the product they are selling, although you must return said system when you are no longer working there. great if you like music. good benefits.

Cons

Not a lot of customers during weekdays it gets very slow to the point where you must find a way to bide your time while waiting for customers during the week. picks up on the weekend, but it is a lot of "just looking." Team sales bonuses, no individual sales bonuses.

Pros

In all honesty very few. The company gives you a memo loan which is a home theater system after 90 days, in which you must return or buy out upon departure.401 k is cool and medical and dental which are a bit on the expensive side.

Cons

Unethical, ignorant, biased, unprofessional and poorly trained management. More like micro management. Hardly any incentives for an individual besides working towards a bonus at the end of the month which is definetely not promised and in many cases nearly unattainable. Very hard to take personal time off especially last minute, nearly impossible without being reprimanded. Annoying management that stresses learning foolish acronyms that are mumbo jumbo. Poor pay unless you are a student, slacker, underachiever or all wrapped in one. Poor training it's like they put you in the wild and fend for yourself. Lastly an enormous amount of pressure from management especially from a dead end job with no signs of growth. Oops one more thing. Management is childish and vindictive and very political. I wasted 5 months of my life with this trash
