      Pros

      This is a terrific place to work. The place is loaded with very competent degreed engineers from world renowned institutions. Bob Maresca is one of the most down to earth, honest leaders that you will ever encounter. The benefits are great and the pension is excellent. What I like best about the company is that their value system is aligned with mine. Great products and a company that isn’t a slave to Wall Street that plays for the long run. If you work there you are very fortunate.

      Long hours and hard work. If you don't want to work, find another comapny.

      Pros

      Good discounts. Good benefits. Decent vacation benefits. Not a lot of great things to say other than this.

      Cons

      Very clicky atmosphere, your success is only partly based on performance. The pay is quite poor. At the beginning the pay is decent, however, the lack of salary growth means you are making much less in the long-term. Upper management is not at all honest with employees and tries to maintain a cheerleader mentality no matter what. Education does not matter. Many managers had no degree and no clue; they made up for lack of knowledge by being very controlling and unethical.

      Bose has an excellent benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement and company match 401k.

      Cons

      If you're working at a store location the hours can vary greatly.
