Pros
One of the best parts is meeting people who absolutely LOVE the products. This feels great and makes you proud to work here. Great work/life balance. I rarely work more than 50 hours a week.
Cons
Career progression is limited and slow. The company intentionally limits growth to <10% year and it seems few people leave the company. Getting stuff done depends entirely too much on personal relationships. Piss off the wrong person, you're screwed. Product strategy is heavily influenced by a handful of old-timers from the early days of the company. A few have a ton of influence but no accountability or responsibility themselves. Decisions are made through endless "alignment" meetings, usually in 1 on 1 meetings, making progress painfully slow.
