      Flexible Schedule, passionate co-workers, software tools relevant to the industry

      Cons

      Frenzied organization changes, lack of job security, too slow to respond to changes in the electronics industry, too many middle managers, job opportunities scarce, poor leadership at Executive Level. Overall the company has really disappointed their employees by constant reorganizations.

      Pros

      The "Lifers" are really considerate and supportive, do a great job of giving context about the company and the original mission. Team Leads really lead by example and take ownership of their mistakes. Culture is great, very collaborative.

      Cons

      Lots of leadership changes within the past year, creating instability Not a lot of diversity in leadership Hard to connect within the social groups in the company Even with Boston Landing Location, lack of affordable transportation to Framingham headquarter deters young talent

      Main money-making divisions are struggling against new competition. Has the feeling of a shrinking company. Layoffs several times a year.
