Pros

There are pockets of groups that still treat employees with respect and value their contributions.

Cons

Executive team is growing as the employee base is shrinking - voluntary early retirements and layoffs. Also they are pushing attrition by forcing unwanted back to work. They cite employee feedback, however they are only sharing the data that suits their argument and position.

Pros

Some people still appreciate Dr. Bose's legacy.

Cons

Bose’s creative department went “woke” under new leadership. As a result, the most talented and creative professionals have left, fed up with incessant virtual signaling and an unabashed desire to insert identity politics into the company’s creative work. The only people still left in the creative department are sycophants, careerists, and duds who lack the guts to find a new job.
