      Great products backed by service, but heading in questionable direction

      Pros

      Good pay. Clean work environment. Company and products you can believe in.

      Cons

      Customer service (tech support etc) is starting to decline. Long hold times, farmed out, etc. Innovation has been a little limited in the past few years.

      Pros

      People and products are great. Company has most definitely seen Better days. Dr Bose was a visionary and a true leader. He will forever live on in the hearts of all Bose Alumni.

      Cons

      BOSE, unfortunately lost their leader. They are left with a bunch of Managers who are unable to move forward without soliciting guidance from an outside firm. Bose was founded on their essence and values not they are defined by their lack there of.

      Pros

      People, products, technology, total package. A great research company with amazing technical assets to analyze problems.

      Cons

      With the continued implementation of the recommendations of (the company that came in to make us better), and the ongoing changes, the future is not looking brighter. Pressure to compete on low dollar products in markets flooded with options is causing extreme business changes as people shift from purchasing more expensive high $ items. Employees are suffering as a result. Outsourcing and downsizing continues.
