Pros

Pretty friendly and positive environment with great benefits and people. There are plenty of opportunities to work on various projects and groups that will have ups and downs.

Cons

There are a lot of engineers that are on the older side, so the environment for someone that's coming out of college might be a bit off-putting.

Cons

Sw development is mostly talking and not much doing. SW is always the black sheep for years and nothing seems to fix it.

Someone else will take credit if you dont. Culture is always changing. Trying to streamline.
