Pros
Bose has a very strong technical team that delivers good products in a very professional working environment.
Cons
As a designer working in bose, we often have to take a back seat to the business and engineer and sometimes design within a box. A lot of the decisions made weren't following a user-centered design process and concerns shared by the design team are often shrugged off.
