Pros
At Bossa Nova you have the ability to have a large impact on the companies success. There is tons of work to do with how fast the company is growing. Plenty of opportunity to prove yourself. The technology is cutting edge and you are literally inventing a product that doesn’t exist in the market. Healthcare is incredible, it’s the Cadillac of healthcare. Pay is very competitive and stock options are great! Everyone is working hard and there is momentum to a common goal as a startup.
Cons
Have unlimited PTO, but there isn’t time to take it with all that is going on.
