      Good vision and sensible business approach. Comprehensive training provided. Helpful colleagues. Top management emphasis on career development.

      Cons

      Nature of product and services makes execution of plans difficult at times. Support functions need to take more ownership and deliver what is promised. Mid-management seem jaded and resistant to change.

      Very strict on being there from 8 to 5 as well as when you take breaks/lunch. Not the best pay No flexibility with work life balance
